New registration email

Hi, I just received an email telling me the following:
New user registration on your site :
Username: [redacted]
Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I can’t see anything on the account, how do I make sure it’s ok? There is nobody else with access to my account not needing access.
Any assistance appreciated

Looks like you’re referring to bridgetsmiththerapies.com which is hosted by Bluehost and therefore you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
We’re only able to provide support for websites that are hosted by us (WordPress.com). For help with your site you need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
