    Dear WordPress Support Team.

I really love the hosting-platform WordPress, but I have a huge problem.
Since yesterday, there are conspicuou changes at the settings!
If I want to change (manuelle) the picture size in pages or posts, it showed me the new size. Directly by changing. Now this is no longer avaible. I only can change the size like … blind or before insert. This is a huge problem! All my pictures have the size 250×250. Not more, not less! I can change my pictures to 300×300 (Thumbnail), but this is to big. At the page or post the right picture ist cutted. I need two pictures side by side, nearly everytime!
Yes, I can change the picture size via scaling, but then the picture have this size at original. And I need the bigger version of the picture after a click at it.

The second problem are the tables. Since yesterday I can’t inside a table from an other document. The tables are important to my blog and the pictures.
I don’t understand html and I can’t use a plugin, because of your settings.
My request is changed it back, it was perfect before! Or helped me to solve my problems.
If not I unfortunately have to delete my blog “www.bluetenfeder.wordpress.com” and I don’t want to delete, because I love and need this blog.
Please help me! Maybe you can change the settings only at my blog “www.bluetenfeder.wordpress.com”. I need this options with the pictures and the tables.

    Tank you!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I went to the link that you posted…and tables still do not work. I tried pasting the table from word directly onto my blog the way I did before with the “Paste from Word”…and it won’t format it into a table!! It just lists them as words.

    Please help!!

I cannot help and that is why this and all threads like it are tagged for Staff. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Thanks! I notice now you are a member like me…so hopefully staff will respond soon. Unfortunately, they did not allow comments on their original post.

so hopefully staff will respond soon

Staff have a lengthy backlog of threads that were tagged their assistance for days before they undertook these changes.

Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

Don’t bump your thread because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Don’t create a new thread or send an email for support either.

When bloggers keep bumping any thread thinking they are going to get service from Staff more quickly they aren’t thinking straight because that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response. The same is true if you email more than once the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.

Please see the sticky thread at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/the-paste-as-word-button-has-been-removed-from-the-visual-editor?replies=3 that addresses both the MS Word and Image issues, and includes a link to discuss the image editor issues in more detail.

As far as the table data goes, you should be able to copy the table from your MS Word doc and paste it directly into a post or page. In my test, everything worked as expected there. If you cannot get that to work, please post a link to the page or post where it’s not working, and also if possible, upload the actual MS Word document to your media library (and let me know what it’s called) so I can take a look on my end and see what’s happening.
