  A long time ago I set up a hobby site. But in April I purchased a site with another name. Now it seems I can only access the hobby site. I paid for the business site but cannot figure out how to access it. I never verified my email address and I think I lost access to the site I paid for. HELP

  Thanks for that information! It looks like that site is associated with a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re currently logged into, which would explain why you don’t see the site under this account.

  Log out of laurieineastcork and log into your other account (email is a Gmail address tied to your name) and you should be able to see that site.

  If you don’t know what that email address is and if you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
