  I am trying to create a new wordpress.com blog, but it is not letting me. When I get to stage 4 creating the web address, it just keeps reloading and never completes?

  Are you still having trouble with this? Does clearing your browser cache help?

  Can you tell me which browser you are working from? Do you have better luck in a different browser?
