Hi, I just renamed my website amandaroaf.wordpress.com and accidentally put in the wrong email address for that account, how do I update it? I’m only seeing my actual email for the first blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is a single email address that can be used on only one wordpress.COM username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.
The wordpress.COM blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time. A confirmation email will be sent to that address.

WHen I registered the new blog, it asked for a different email address. This is the one I entered in correctly. Does this matter?

How many username accounts are there?

the initial one that I registered with the right email was romccoyblog.wordpress.com – I just deleted this one. The one I have now is amandaroaf.wordpress.com and I entered the wrong email when creating this account. My original, correct email shows on my account, so I don’t know if that second required email mattered?

Your account owns both the sites, https://amandaroaf.wordpress.com/ and https://romccoyblog.wordpress.com/
On the amandaroaf.wordpress.com site you do have a second username added, amandaroaf, but that user’s email address is verified and that user was able to accept an invitation to be an admin on the site, so I see no reason to believe the account email for that account is faulty.
If you’re speaking of the email address appearing at the bottom of amandaroaf.wordpress.com, that was added using a widget. Click on My Sites, then click the Customize button next to Themes and click on Widgets to edit that widget and change the email address.

So that email in the widget at the bottom of the page is the right one. I am logged in and seeing the username you mentioned, all no problem. Can you confirm that the email in my widget is the only email associated with my account? I accidentally entered mccoyro or (email visible only to moderators and staff) and this one is not correct. I want to be sure these do not have access to my account. Thanks!
