    Hi I need some information to upload my website to this server? I need the host name, user name, password and port to key into FileZilla to create the upload? How do I find this information from wordpress support?

    Hi aromatickitty,

    If you are using WordPress.COM, this is all done for you automatically and you can access media through the dashboard. It sounds like you may be trying to upload files (maybe themes, plugins or media) with a FTP client, which is only for self-hosted sites.

    If you need help with a self-hosted WordPress site, you will want to try their support page at https://wordpress.org/support/ and you may also look at the FTP login info for your host (Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc) and follow their instructions.

    If you are in fact using a WordPress.COM site, you can add media like photos and videos by going to your Dashboard (possibly https://aromantickitty.wordpress.com/wp-admin) and click Media > Add New.
