New site

    Hi I’ve just signed up;
    I tried putting in my existing domain at the start but it rejected it as ‘taken’ – now it’s assigned a site title that doesn’t relate to my business?
    I was hoping to purchase ‘Premium’, build the site (offline) and then point my domain to WordPress (using DNS) is this still possible?

    Hi there,

    What is the domain you’re trying to use? If you typed an existing domain in the domain search box, that would have shown it as taken, as that box is used to search for unregistered domains to register.

    To use a domain you already own, you need to select that option on the domains screen instead of searching for a new domain.

    You can build your site at the free address and only connect your domain later once you’re ready, yes.
