New site assistance

    I’d like to ask if someone from WordPress can help me and my church move our current website from Wix to WP? If so, what would the price of that be and what would be needed in order to accomplish that? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    We do not provide a service that will move over your existing Wix site for you, but you can use the instructions we provide here to do it yourself: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-from-wix/

    You do not need an upgrade to import your site, as this process will work on our free sites without issue. Does your current site on Wix use a custom URL? If so, you can bring that over as well, but you will need an upgrade as we do not allow custom addresses on our free sites, which use the provided ‘wordpress.com’ URL by default.
