new site not working

  just created a new site and it gives me an index of / error. I know that normally means you are missing the index.php but you can clearly see the file in the list any thoughts?

  Keeping in mind you mention an index.php error, it appear to me that your site is using a standalone WordPress.org software. The site address you mentioned in the above post is a WordPress.com site and does not face index.php errors. You need to seek help at these forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
