New site same url

    Hi, I’m pretty new at this. I have a live website. I was wondering how I can start working on a totally new site for the same url and only launch it when I’m ready. I don’t want to touch the current one. Thanks!

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Is your live website this one: http://www.projectbluesphere.com/ ?

    It’s not hosted by us at WordPress.com so you’ll need to reach out to the hosting company to see if they have any staging environments available that you can use.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check the following article that details the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org

    We can only provide support for WordPress.com sites on this forum.
