New site says 'service unavailable'?

  I *just* started a new site, or so I thought, chose the subject, theme, name, and now it shows up under ‘my sites’ in the dashboard, and apparently I can also add pages and posts to it. Yet whenever I click to ‘view’ anything, or even if I type the domain name in another browser or another device or connection, I’m getting a blank page saying ‘service unavailable’. What am I missing?? Site is imamprideusa dot wordpress dot com

  CORRECTION: I can view the site on my handphone, same internet connection. But I cannot view the site, nor even this post or any other wordpress sites (even articles posted on the WordPress dot com FB page) on my laptop, no matter the browser I use and even after restarting my connection.
