  How do I make a new site on my top-bar, that links to my other website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you want to add the link to your other website to your menu?

  First, go to Appearance > Menu and create a custom menu, adding the pages you need: Custom Menus

  Then, add a custom link (that leads to your other website) to that menu: Adding a custom link

  Make sure your new menu is assigned to the right location on your site: Manage Menus
