  For what it’s worth, I really don’t like the new smilies. They’re more flat, whereas the old ones were more dimensional. I especially miss the one that used to be formed with the word “oops” between two semicolons. In the past that would come out as a blushing smiley: now it ends up as a red frowny face. The one with “roll” between two semicolons used to have the eyes actually roll upward: now it just has larger eyes.

  Thanks. Nice to know I am not totally alone. :-)

  I didn’t know if there was any other place to leave feedback about things like this. It’s not the most important thing in the world, but, yea, the change has been a disappointment. But I guess if that causes me to use smilies less, it is probably a better thing for my writing.
