  Here’s the process to delete your blog content, but keep the account and blog address: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Please make sure you do not simply delete the entire site/account or you will no longer be able to use your website address/domain name.

  It is useful if you give the correct address of the site you need help with. That’s not a full address. Is it hosted on WordPress.com? If it’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site you’ll get more accurate help from their forums.
