New Stats Page
-
What the hell have you done to the Stats page? It’s gone from very useful information to a bunch of crap!
Most popular Day and Time? Mine happens to be on a Saturday at 11:00. Why would I possibly want to know that?
Please revert the Stats page to its former self, and please refrain from further “improvements” to this page!

Your response is a couple of months or more after the changes were made. For locating the ways and means of accessing the legacy or classic pages for viewing stats see here http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2015/04/05/navigating-the-classic-wordpress-com-interface/

I linked directly to the previous stats page. I did not change this link. As such, how did I get directed to this “New” stats page?
-
We are all being automatically redirected to it now. However, I posted a link above and if follow through by clicking it and acting on what you find at http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2015/04/05/navigating-the-classic-wordpress-com-interface/ under 3. To locate the legacy or classic stats pages, then you will find how to locate the former stats pages and view them in the old format.

Hum, I used to like when the “all time views”, the “best ever views” were shown on the stats page. Why do WordPress took it away?…

Just a short note to say that I find the very recent changes to the new stats page (perhaps we should now call it the “new new stats page”) to be annoying. Please revert. If you believe there’s value in the “Insights” tab (as a paean to guitar tablature), then please make it an option people can click on, not the default. The familiar “Days” tab should be the default.
It looks as if the old old stats page (which I prefer) has also been changed for the worse. I used to be able to click on the different days and quickly see the same set of stats without leaving the page. Now when I click on any day other than today, I’m taken to another page, but that page gives only incomplete info (no country data). Please revert.
It seems to me the tech people are running riot and making changes for the sake of changes, using end users as guinea pigs. That’s not a good trend in any company, and suggests a lack of leadership as well as a dearth of good ideas. Mindless tinkering with the software will not grow the user base — quite the opposite!
Thanks in advance of considering my opinion. I do appreciate that wordpress.com has some excellent features. My blog is:
