New Stats Page

Just woke up here in Australia, so don’t know if this is a dream or what, but I went to my stats page and it is all different.

    I don’t like it.

You can’t view everything at a glance with it, you have to scroll through a million things, okay not quite a million, but still a lot. I don’t see why I should have to scroll.

I did close a lot of the tab thingys, but still, I still have to scroll.

Everything at a glance VS scrolling to see everything.
No competition, everything at a glance all on the same page for me everytime. Thank goodness I can still convert it back to the old one.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We at Oceanwire blog wish to register with WordPress our very strong dislike of the new stats page. It is so much less usable than the current (i.e. “old”) one.

You can’t see everything at once — why should we have to scroll down and down and down and down to see everything that we used to be able to see in one screen?

What’s so “improved” about this? Nothing. It’s worse.

We urge WordPress to keep the “old” stats page view – for everyone, or at least as an option for those of us who prefer usability over some whiz-bang redesign that makes no sense and makes it user-unfriendly.

There are a lot of complains in this thread. I agree with you, it’s a big downgrade to the old design.

Dennis beat me to it. That thread has been going on for over a week now. Prior to today, you could access the old stats page without dealing with the mobile/tablet inspired downgrade.

That no longer appears to be the case without clicking the links to get back to the older, more efficient design.
