New Store Manager Wont get JetPack

    Hi, I’m trying to add two new store managers in our WooCommerce store.

    For me and one existing store manager I can see that there is a JetPack symbol to the right of the username in the User list.

    For the two new users there is no such JetPack symbol and when they try to use the iPhone app they get information the their store is not connected to JetPack.

    I have created WordPress accounts for both of them and they are active there so they can login.

    What’s missing to get the JetPack function to their users?

    I also noticed that in both my WordPress account and the working Store Managers account we have “https://shop.pinoysnus.com” as Primary Site, but I can’t add one to the new accounts?

    Any input will be very much appreciated. :-)

    Hi there – That there is no Jetpack symbol means their accounts are not yet connected to Jetpack, which I believe you suspected.

    To create the Jetpack connection they will each need to visit the Jetpack section of the site’s Dashboard and connect to their own WordPress.com accounts when prompted.
