New subscribers are prompted to like a page on facebook that isn't ours. HELP?

I just discovered today that when people follow our site, they are then told they can like via Facebook as well… The problem is that the FB page they are prompted to like is one belonging to one of our contributors and not our official page. We need it to prompt them to like the official page instead. Can you please help us change which page it prompts people to like? Thank you! This is for http://www.nerdymindsmagazine.com, and we want it to prompt them to like facebook.com/nerdyminds.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

UPDATE: I’ve been working hard on figuring this out, and so far all I can come up with is: if we make the share settings to auto-share our stuff on the Facebook page, it will add that Facebook page to the “like this page” prompt (but doesn’t remove the other page, which we’d still like to figure out how to remove without making that author disconnect his page from his WordPress account). Is there a way to connect our Facebook and Twitter pages without auto-publishing? We like to share it on Facebook separately so we can add additional text, etc….likewise with Twitter for adding hashtags, etc.
    Thanks!

UPDATE 2: I’ve been working on this all day – I finally just deleted that user altogether, but the prompt to like his Facebook page is still generating. Please help… I’m at a loss on this one.

    Hi there!

I believe this is the notification you’re referring to:

    Screen Shot 2014 04 17 at 11 40 40 AM

In this case, the “Elijah Cross” account looks like the one that you do not want to appear. The notification should display a link to all Facebook profiles that are setup through the Publicize option. So, for example, if an individual contributor adds their Facebook profile as a Publicize option on their user account, it will show up in that notification box.

I believe the issue here is that the user was removed from the blog, but the Publicize connection was never disabled. Can you try re-adding the user and having them remove the Publicize connection to Facebook through their user profile?

Hey, Jeremy! Thanks for writing back! You’re right that it is the Elijah Cross page we don’t want to appear.
The thing is he said that publicize wasn’t set up for that page… and at first I thought he was missing something. I re-added him, and he let me log in and look around. He was right: no Facebook profiles or pages are set up in publicize for his username.

    Hi!

That’s odd. I can’t seem to find a Publicize connection from that Facebook page on your account. Did you leave the user on the blog? Also, can you try disconnecting your two Publicize connections (and leaving them disconnected) so I can take a look?

    We’ll get this figured out!

Hey, actually: now NO prompts are showing up after someone subscribes. Can you help us get those back (only the right ones)? I’ve done what you asked though: disconnected our publicize connections.

Thanks for trying to help, J.!

    Hi!

This is actually what I was hoping would happen. Can you try now to reconnect the Publicize connections you want through your Sharing settings? I’m hoping that the full disconnect will prevent the Elijah Cross page from showing up again when you reconnect.

It’s golden, Jeremy! Thanks for your help!

Great to hear! I’m glad we were able to get this figured out.

Let me know if you need anything else!
