New Subscribers not being added to subscriber list

    I am not getting my new subscribers added to my subscription list. After my most recent post, all the sudden anyone new who subscribes is not being added despite getting the pop up notification they have subscribed. I have jetpack and the newsletter plugging. I am scared I am losing out on numerous new subscribers that is saying they subscribed but not getting added to my list. Please help ASAP

    I’m sorry to hear about the issues with adding new subscribers to your website.

    It looks like this website is not hosted with us at WordPress.com. WordPress.com is a hosting service, like GoDaddy. We are different from WordPress, open-source software that can be used with many hosts.
    Unfortunately, as our support tools only work on websites hosted with us, we are limited in the support we can provide.

    The good news is that our colleagues over at Jetpack can take a look for you, as this is related to a Jetpack feature.
