new subscribers are not recieving the CONFIRMATION EMAIL, and therefore are not receiving our updates via email.
how do we send out an additional confirmation email so we don’t lose new subscribers?
can we automatically sign up new subscribers and eliminate the confirmation email step?
THIS IS URGENT, pls help!

1. Have these folks all checked their email spam/junk mail folders to be sure the email is not in them?
