  Can I try out new templates without disturbing the one currently in place? How do I do that?

  Hi,

  When you click on a Theme in the Theme Showcase (https://wordpress.com/themes), you can then click on “Open Live Demo.”

  This allows you to take a look around a demo version of that theme without activating it yet.
