New template images won't load when trying to customise

    I’m trying to find a suitable template for my blog but when I go on the template search screen the images don’t load and I can only see them by clicking on them one by one to view a sample.

    I’m using Chrome, I also have this issue with some other websites so I don’t think it’s a specific WordPress issue, but can anyone offer any advice.

    Whenever you visit this themes page – https://wordpress.com/themes you are not able to view the themes present on the page?

    If I have misunderstood your query, can you please elaborate it with some example?

    Hi, yes, that is correct, none of the themes load up correctly.

    It sounds like an issue with Chrome and the My Sites Customizer script.
    A different browser or even just clearing your Chrome cache may be the answer.

    I’ll bet you can see the themes in the wp-admin dashboard (add /wp-admin/themes.php to your site’s address).
