  I purchased a theme on Host Gator ( From WordPress )but I can not find it on my wordPress ? Is it because I need to up grade ?

  If you want to use a third party theme on the wordpress;com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  On what site do you want to use the theme?

  If you want to use it on your WordPress.com site, https://sorrygonefishing.wordpress.com/, you’ll need the Business Plan, as noted above:

  Upload a theme

  If you have a site hosted on Hostgator’s servers, you’re using the open source WordPress software made on WordPress.org, which is not the same thing as WordPress.com.

  In that case, you need to install the theme from within the WP-Admin dashboard.
