New theme

  There is a theme I would like to use in the future. The live demo of this theme can be seen here: http://magazine3.com/newspapertimes/demo/. How would I go about doing this? Do I need to leave free WordPress? Do I need to host my website elsewhere? What would be the big changes I would have to make?
