  HI I AM MUHAMMAD ASHIQUE FROM PK I WANT TO ADD NEW THEME IN MY BLOG I WANT ROCKS THEMES LIKE GUITAR SO PLEASE ADD THESE THESE THANK YOU

  Typing in all capital letters in cyberspace is not recommended because it’s the rude equivalent to SHOUTING! into another person’s face.

  The only themes you can use on a free hosted WordPress.com blog are those found here > Appearance > Themes and showcased here > http://wordpress.com/themes/

  You cannot build your own theme or import a theme and use it on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. We do not have FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we not able to upload any third party themes.

  If you want to use any third party theme or build your own theme then don’t waste any time here at all. Purchase web hosting http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. http://wordpress.org/ Then move your .wordpress.com blog content into it http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
