Hi, I am looking for new themes to test for a site I am updating but do not know if I will use it in the long run. Is there a way to test the attached link without paying for hosting yet? First of all, if you want to use that theme on WordPress.com site, you need to upgrade to the Business plan. The feature of uploading your own custom theme is only for the users of the Business plan.
