  Hello,

  My name is Brittany Alston. I am having trouble uploading a theme to WordPress. It is saying that I will lose 2 features. I went on WordPress.org to see if it would work, but it cannot find my email address only my username and I forgot my password.

  Thanks for getting in touch. Which site are you working on? Please share the URL.

  It sounds like you are using the WordPress installation rather than WordPress.com (here). These are 2 different things. With WordPress.com you’d need the business plan in order to upload a theme as you’ve mentioned.
