New theme button missing

  Hello, just purchased a premium plan and I am trying to upload a new theme but there is no such a button in ‘Appearance’ menu

  Just found out this is possible only at wordpress.org. Okey that’s fine I’ve requested refund and will move over to the other platform but still it’s not clear how to connect my godaddy domain with the wordpress.org downloaded files.
