New theme: CobaltCloud Theme

  Hi everyone,
  I’ve created a new child theme which you are all welcome to use on your WordPress.com blogs.

  It is a child theme of Titan, so all you need to do is to activate the titan theme, then copy and paste the CSS from the following page to use the new design.

  To others thinking of using this, do be aware that to use it you will need to have the paid CSS upgrade.
