New theme designs please

    Hi, wordpress, I really wish that you would create new themes. Particularly new themes with custom header design option. It would be really awesome if you created more themes that has custom header, three columns, fixed width, page navigation. Right now you only made one & that’s Digg 3 Column.

    I like the 3 columns because it looks neater & custom header’s are great to personalize a blog. You know what would look cool- have Digg 3 Column theme but mixed with ChaoticSoul theme with custom header, three columns, fixed width, page navigation with dark/black! (white hurts the eyes)

    It would also be cool if you made a widget for YIM (Yahoo Instant Messenger), lots of people use YIM & I think it would be useful thing to have.

    I dunno, just some thoughts/sugestions. I REALLY wish you made something like that…

    If you do a forum search you’ll see that there’s a thread with almost 200 theme suggestions; if you find a theme that works, suggest it in that thread and staff will take a look.

    YIM and assorted messaging systems would need javascript in the widget, if I’m not mistaken, so unless there’s a revolution in the way WP.com is designed, that widget is not going to happen. Too much of a security issue on the current platform.
