New theme does not work

  New theme does not work. I changed my theme, I used your live preview, I lost widgets and background image does not show. I have a lot of problems. I had a beautiful theme before and now it is ruined I would like to come back to it. My original theme was Andreas, I changed it to Shaan but was not able to save background image. Then I saved the blog to Super hero and I am not able to save background image either. I am very upset. I had my original blog for 6 years and it was great now I have a mess.
