  How do I create a new site in wordpress without the existing site being changed until it’s finished?

  And why does no-one ever answer your questions. I’ve got to say wordpress has the worst support I’ve ever come across…ever!!!!

  You’re posting into the support forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com. You might get a more accurate reply if staff and volunteers had more information from you. Is the existing site you are working on hosted here at WordPress.com? Do you wish to create a new site here at WordPress.com or somewhere else? In your previous thread you said:

  You can easily start with a free site here at WordPress.com. Upgrading it to a paid plan would enable you to map/transfer a domain currently elsewhere to that site. But please be clear about the differences between the two wordpresses: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
