New Theme has upended my website

    Help! Yesterday I worked with WP Chat and was told I needed to update my theme because it was so old. I picked a free theme, Twenty Twenty-Three, that was able to be updated with Site editor. My site is in shambles. I am looking for some guidance about which page types/templates can be edited/updated.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like Independent Publisher 2 was in use, to check, was this the original theme in use? A theme change, would also change the look of the site.

    Also to check, did you contact support via this account, or via a different platform? The reason why I ask is because I can’t see a theme change in your support interactions with us.
