new theme installation and possible account update

I want to install a free theem by BlueChic called Estelle. It says is compatible with WordPress so I downloaded it. However I do not know how to install it, specially since it is not showing as part of the theme options offered in WP website. I am wondering if this is because I have a free account instead of a premium one.
