  I cant change the theme. I purchase a ecommerce theme but I Cant ADD it. I have de docs in my PC. But in THemeS on my blog its not available ADD NEW. I dont know how I can change it! I spent 65 dollars in my new theme, its all the information of this new theme in my PC and its impossible for me to install it :(

  I’m afraid you can’t upload themes to WordPress.COM sites. It’s one of the differences between sites hosted on WordPress.COM and sites built on the WordPress.ORG platform.

  Here’s an explanation of the difference between the two flavors of WordPress: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you explain the mix-up to the company from whom you bought the theme, you may be able to return it. Otherwise you might consider starting a self-hosted site. Here’s info on moving your existing site to WordPress.ORG: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org
