new theme with better ad revenue ? but still subtle?

  I presently have a WP blog with the Blocco theme – I like how it looks but I would like to increase the exposure to advertising a little to increase my revenue.

  A) and good recommendations for a site I could transition to and get more ad revenue but not loose the feel I presently have?

  B) If I change to a new theme will my subscription to Blocco transfer to the new theme?
