New theme…..need help with menus

Okay, I am really computer illiterate. I recently purchased the gentry theme, and love the way it looks. However, I would love some assistance….Right now, all of the disclaimers are on the top. I would LOVE to move those to the bottom somewhere (don’t really care where), and put all of my categories on that top space. That way, readers can easily see what I am blogging about right away. Of course, I have to pay another bajillion dollars if I want the people to do it for me. Does anyone know how to do this??? I feel like it is probably so easy, but I am honestly an idiot with this stuff. Please help!
