Hi there. Easiest way to quickly learn how everything works is to work through the “Learn WordPress” support doc (http://learn.wordpress.com/) and the “Video Quick Start” tutorial (http://en.support.wordpress.com/video-quick-start/). Complete support pages that cover most of WordPress.com can be found here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/
Then you might also want to subscribe to the staff blog, the Daily Post. They publish daily blogging tips, and are in fact busy now with a special series to teach you how to blog called Blogging 101. http://dailypost.wordpress.com/ You can also meet other bloggers that will be happy to give you feedback on the weekly feature on The Daily Post called the Community Pool, which publishes every Sunday/Monday.
Then there are many bloggers who write posts on blogging tips. Search for “blogging tips” in the Reader and I’m sure you’ll find scores of them, but I can particularly recommend http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/ and http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/ The second one is no longer active, but it has a large archive of posts you can search to learn more, and the first one has an entire section with an index to various posts to get you started on the basics of blogging.
This forum is for technical support, not blogging advice or feedback, so if you want to find out how to do something specific, or something on your site doesn’t appear to work correctly, then this is the place to post.
