New to blogging….need help!

  Sorry if these seem like basic questions but I ma new to all this and not tech savvy. I have created a blog. How do I customize the content by adding pages? How do I customize the content on the main blog page by adding things like a pic of myself, contact info, etc.
  I am in real estate and want to have an area on the side of the main blog page where users can click a link to search for properties online, but I am lost as to how this is done.
  I am looking at the blog phoenixrealestateguy.com and wondering how he added those page tabs along the top, and how he added all that content on the right of the page (search for homes, ask the broker, etc.)
  How can I learn how to do all this?
