New to the site, photos come up blank on home page?

  I’m very new to WordPress, I just made my blog a few days ago. I’m not sure if it’s the theme I’m having trouble with, or maybe it’s just my specific computer, but when I view my blog all I see are blank gray boxes where pictures should be. The pictures can viewed just fine by clicking on the boxes. I have enabled cookies, and refreshed a bunch of times. Not sure what else I could try… Thanks!

  Please consult your theme description here http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/hatch/ and scroll down to “Featured Images”. In short you must set a featured images of the exact dimensions required by the theme in each post.

  If no featured image is assigned, Hatch will attempt to pull the first attached image in your post. If no image is attached, the theme displays a light gray placeholder.

  Hatch
  Blog/Archive pages: 220 x 150
  Single Posts: 640 wide, flexible height
  Logo: 115 wide, flexible height

  Yay! I see images where all the gray boxes used to be. :)
