  If you purchase a paid plan, we offer support via live chat or email. We currently don’t offer phone support, as many of the issues we discuss with users require frequent reference to web links, and that is much easier to do on live chat and email.

  If you decide to stay on the Free plan, you can ask your questions on this forum.
