New to this! I need a video gallery plugin

I have been searching for a video gallery plugin and I need to know the best one! I want a video gallery like the one used at http://www.modelinia.com/ . Basically something that shows thumbnails of videos that allow users to get the embed code, also allow me to upload my videos from my computer as well as link them from other websites. Can someone please lead me to the proper plugin. THANKS!!!!
