Hi, the company I work for is interested in swapping to WordPress from what we currently use. Before we get set up, there were a couple of things we wanted to check on. 1) Will there be any issues transferring our existing domain? 2) We have business emails, with the domain name ‘@businessname.com’ and would need to have a similar email management. 3) If the email management is an option, is it included in the Business pricing or is it additional? 4) Is there an option to link our website to our CRM platform? Thanks!

What is the domain you’re looking to transfer?

Alternatively, you can map the domain instead, which may be safer. Please see how to do this here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
2) We have business emails, with the domain name ‘@businessname.com’ and would need to have a similar email management.
The email hosting can stay where it is. If you’re mapping the domain or transferring the domain, you may need to re-add the DNS that power the email hosting here at WordPress.com.
3) If the email management is an option, is it included in the Business pricing or is it additional?
Email hosting with WordPress would be an additional expense. Please see how to do this here: https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/
4) Is there an option to link our website to our CRM platform?
