New to wordpress

Hello, I am new to Word Press and am looking to transfer three websites to the platform from WIX. My domains are currently based with GoDaddy (1) and IONOS (2) – I would be happy to transfer my GoDaddy registered domain to Word Press as well.
As a new starter what are the best plans to go for to get me started? Ideally, one plan to cover all my sites to allow ease of working and keep costs to a minimum as well. Also, is there any way to transfer a site from Wix or do I have to build new sites in WordPress?
I see the WordPress has ‘plans’ (personal, premium, business) are these all that is needed or are there additional costs? -
We only offer one site per plan, but you can definitely start with the free plan and upgrade as desired any time.
Price-wise, the plans are all you have to worry about https://wordpress.com/pricing/ and each plan includes 1 free domain registration, transfer, or mapping.
