  Can you give more details? Accounts don’t upgrade. You can upgrade sites here from free to Personsal, Premium etc if you require more advanced features/a custom domain. Is that what you wish to do?
  Do you have a site here currently in which case you upgrade it via the lefthand menu where it says Plans or are you wanting to create a site?
