  I am new to wordpress, and currently have a wix account. I want to use wordpress for my products. If I get the wordpress premium plan, can I still add my products

  If you’re interested in using WordPress for an e-commerce website, I’d suggest getting the Business plan or better. With the business plan, it’ll allow you to download plugins like WooCommerce.
