I am so lost on how to set up my website. I try to follow the video tutorials but my screen never looks like the screens in the videos. I also don’t quite understand the relationship between Blue Host and WordPress. Can someone help me?

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Oh, I did not know that. I paid a fee to use it for my goal of starting a blog. Now I’m even more confused. Do I log onto WordPress.org or Bluehost? Is WordPress.com affiliated with WordPress.org? What exactly does “self-host” mean? Thanks!

The fee you paid goes to Bluehost to host your self (where you, yourself are host the software from WordPress.org, rather than letting WordPress.com manage everything).
You’ll log in to the site through https://wanderingmarie.com/wp-login.php
WordPress.org and WordPress.com are two entirely different entities, but you did connect your WordPress.org site to your WordPress.com account by way of the Jetpack plugin. :)
