New to WordPress

  I have imported blogs posts from another blog that was closing down. These are okay but needed a little editing. I have edited as required and when I try to leave the page, WordPress advises me that I have changes that haven’t been saved; BUT I can see no way of saving. A quick simple answer would be appreciated.
