New to wordpress

  I need to speak to someone from wordpress support immediately I purchased the premium program yesterday with Stacy (who was very helpful) and am now trying to activate and set up my site and need help. I called the word press support number (redacted) and spoke to Patrick 3 times this morning and he told me he is with a 3rd party and cannot help me.
  Would someone please contact me to help me get started?

  There is no telephone support at WordPress.com. If you spoke to anyone then they are unconnected to WordPress.com. If you have an upgraded plan then you can access livechat support via the blue question mark bottom right on your site.

  However, can you confirm the address of the site you need help with:

  as I am unsure if you have purchased an upgrade here at WordPress.com or not so I am adding the modlook tag to ask a member of staff to check your account.

  What site is connected to that premium plan?

  There aren’t any upgrades on the account you are using here at the moment.

  I’ve also removed the phone number.
