Hi, I am new to this and am looking to build an e-commerce website, I started something last year and bought a theme called Dollah. During last year i was involved in a RTA and could not carry on building my website, I tried to carry on with some work but it has changed. I am not very tech savvy so am lost and am constantly learning.
Could you please explain the procedure to me…
I have bought hosting: PrescottandStevans.co.uk ( it may need renewing!?)
I can not see my theme anymore?
does this mean i have to buy a package ( e commerce)could you please explain what i need to do in simple terms so that i may understand it better.

As per the details you have given, it appears that the theme you were using was specific to the plan you opted for. Now, if you wish to continue with the same theme you would need to purchase the plan.

I can confirm this particular domain was never hosted here on our servers. Did you mean to post in the WordPress forums for the free software?
